The all time Northern Ghana Heavy Weight rapper, Lyrix Abisah, seeks to win the $3000 grand prize and the bragging right of the Nescafé One Song Ghana winner. The talented rapper took to his official instagram page this morning to make his intention known by submitting a one minute long rap song with a catchy chorus. There is so much craft, punchlines and bars in this song. One of my favorite bars is ‘’I stay next to café, I’m Nescafé.’’
Lyrix Abisah has given us a reason to support him to victory in this Nescafé One Song Competition. Not just because he is the only northern-based artist in the competition, his song outweighs most of his competitors’. Nescafé, on the 25th of May 2020, commenced the Nescafé One Song Competition to give a chance to emerging acts from six selected African countries to compete for a grand price of $3000 from their respective countries.
Today being the deadline for submission, one of the finest acts from the north has joined. To support the one time Artiste of the Year, Upper East Music Awards, 2016, just watch the video below or search @lyrix_abisah on INSTAGRAM and have a feel of the song. Don’t forget to hashtag #NescaféOneSongGhana and @nescafé_gh in the comment section.
